Azeva LLC may share a limited set of your personal information ( specifically your email address, first name, and shipping state) with partner brands for relevant skincare and wellness offers. We do this by default for customers who have placed an order, unless you opt out using the form below.
Submitting your email adds you to our permanent do-not-sell list. From that point forward, your information will be excluded from every partner export going forward, regardless of any other preference you may have set. Opt-outs are honored immediately and are permanent.
We never sell or share:

- Your IP address, device identifiers, or browsing history
- Your phone number
- Your payment information
- Your order details (what you bought, when, or how much)
