Azeva LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates azeva.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our website.
Information We Collect
When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card number.
When you take our skin quiz, we collect your answers about your skin (redness, pigmentation, sensitivity, triggers, pregnancy status, and related information) along with your email address. This is considered "consumer health data" under certain state laws and is covered by our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
When you join our restock text waitlist, we collect your phone number and a record of your SMS marketing consent, including the disclosure shown at signup, consent timestamp, signup source, user agent, and a hashed IP address for fraud prevention.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, communicate with you about your order, send you the personalized skin quiz results you requested, send restock or launch text messages if you opted into SMS, and improve our products and services.
Partner Data Sharing
We may share a limited set of personal information — specifically your email address, first name, and shipping-address state — with partner brands for relevant skincare and wellness offers. We do this by default for customers who have placed an order with us, unless you opt out.
We never share your skin quiz answers or any other consumer health data, your IP address, your device identifiers, your phone number, your payment information, or the specific details of what you ordered. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for more on health-related data.
Categories of buyers: direct-to-consumer beauty and wellness brands, mail-based marketing services. Purposes: sending you relevant offers from brands whose products complement your Azeva routine. We do not sell data to data brokers, ad networks, or any third party for non-marketing purposes.
To opt out of partner data sharing at any time, visit azeva.com/privacy/do-not-sell-or-share. Opt-outs take effect immediately and are permanent. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an implicit opt-out where we can associate it with your email address. Every partner data export is logged internally for audit.
Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your shopping cart, remember that you dismissed or completed our skin quiz so we do not re-prompt you, and improve your browsing experience. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings.
Data Retention
Order data is retained for 7 years to meet federal and California tax compliance obligations, then automatically deleted. Marketing-only contacts (email signups, SMS waitlist signups, quiz takers who never purchased) are retained until you unsubscribe, opt out, or after 3 years of inactivity, whichever comes first. You can request deletion of your data at any time at azeva.com/privacy/delete-my-data.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, request a copy, request deletion, and opt out of certain uses.
