Shipping window
Orders placed today are expected to ship within 2 to 3 weeks. If that changes, we'll email you an updated estimate and you can cancel for a full refund anytime before your order ships. Once shipped, USPS Ground Advantage delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, and tracking arrives by email the moment your order is on its way.
US-only for now
Azeva currently ships to all 50 US states. International checkout is not enabled yet.
Returns
Returns, kept simple.
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Opened products are not eligible. The full policy lives in the terms.
