This website is operated by Azeva LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Products
Azeva products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary.
Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated promotional period.
SMS Terms
If you opt into Azeva text messages, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from Azeva at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We may send restock, launch, product, and promotional updates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Refund Policy
We stand behind every Azeva purchase with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If Azeva isn't right for your skin, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will issue a refund in full to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
Orders under $100. No return shipping required. We refund every cent; you are not obligated to send any product back.
Orders of $100 or more. Because bundle orders represent larger inventory value, a slightly different process applies:
- Unopened products: return them to us (we provide a prepaid return label on request) and receive a full refund of the purchase price for each unopened product.
- Opened products: refunded at a prorated rate of $20 per opened product, regardless of how much product remains. No return shipping required for opened products.
Example: on a qualifying five-product order purchased at $112.50 ($22.50/product) where two products are opened and three remain sealed, you return the three sealed products and receive $67.50 (3 × $22.50) plus $40 in prorated refunds for the opened products (2 × $20), for a total refund of $107.50.
This structure keeps our guarantee absolute on every cent of product you return or cannot use, while protecting against the rare abuse case where a bundle is fully consumed and a full refund is requested. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase (order number + email on file) and decline refund requests made outside the 30-day window.
Limitation of Liability
Azeva LLC shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or skin irritation resulting from use of our products. Always patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
