This website is operated by Azeva LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Products
Azeva products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary.
AI Skin Advisor
AI Skin Advisor is optional educational technology for cosmetic skincare routine guidance and Azeva product fit. It is not a healthcare provider, medical device, diagnosis, treatment plan, emergency service, prescription tool, or substitute for a clinician. Do not use it for urgent symptoms or decisions about starting, stopping, or changing medications or prescriptions.
AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or not appropriate for your individual circumstances. You are responsible for deciding whether to follow cosmetic routine suggestions, patch testing products, reading product labels, and seeking clinician guidance for medical concerns. Before using AI Skin Advisor, you must review and accept the AI Skin Advisor Privacy Notice and related consumer health data disclosures.
Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated promotional period.
Subscribe & Save Auto-Renewal
Subscribe & Save is an optional automatically renewing subscription. When you select it at checkout, you authorize Azeva to charge the payment method on file for the same products at the discounted subscription price shown at purchase, on a recurring basis every 60 days, until you cancel. Your first cycle is charged at checkout; each renewal is charged approximately 60 days after the prior one, and you will receive an order confirmation email for every charge.
How to cancel. You can cancel anytime, with no cancellation fee, at azeva.com/orders. Sign in with your email and click "Cancel subscription." Cancellation takes effect immediately: you will not be charged again, and any order already placed is unaffected. You can also contact us and we will cancel it for you.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you and the payment will be retried. If it cannot be completed, the subscription is paused so you are never charged for an order we cannot fulfill.
Price changes. Your renewal price stays at the price disclosed when you subscribed. If that ever needs to change, we will notify you by email in advance and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
SMS Terms
If you opt into Azeva text messages, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from Azeva at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We may send restock, launch, product, and promotional updates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened products only. Contact us with your order number and the email on the order, and we will send return instructions. Once the return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the purchase price of each returned product to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
- Unopened products: eligible for a refund of the product price after they are returned to us in their original, unopened packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
- Opened or used products: not eligible for return or refund.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders: contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full at no cost to you. Photos of the issue help us resolve it faster.
Orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship. Subscribe & Save renewal orders follow this same return policy, and the subscription itself can be canceled anytime as described above.
Proof of purchase (order number and the email on file) is required for every return. Return requests made outside the 30-day window are declined.
Limitation of Liability
Azeva LLC shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or skin irritation resulting from use of our products. Always patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
