Delete my data

Enter the email address associated with your Azeva account, quiz response, or order. We will delete all personal information tied to that email within 45 days and send you a confirmation. Deletion includes your contact record, quiz answers, browsing history on our site, email engagement data, and any identifiers tied to this email.

We may retain a minimal, anonymized record of past orders for the period required by federal and California tax law (generally 7 years). Those records cannot be linked back to you.
